With over 24 years in mortgage lending, Ian Evans brings experience, integrity, and a people-first approach to every transaction. As Producing Branch Manager at Neighborhood Loans in Albuquerque, he leads with purpose—mentoring his team and helping families navigate homeownership with clarity and confidence. Ian started in the industry at 18, working alongside his father while studying engineering. By 19, he shifted to lending full-time, driven by a passion for real estate and a desire to help others build wealth through homeownership. He purchased his first home at 20 and grew his portfolio to seven properties by age 25—experience that continues to fuel his commitment to his clients' success. Known for his thorough process and early closings, Ian takes pride in making the mortgage experience smooth and stress-free. I have been a mortgage loan officer for 22 years.  I grew up in Albuquerque and take pride in helping my clients purchase their first home, next home and investment properties.  I too am a landlord and love helping clients with their real estate investments.
